Over the next few months, we will be profiling key personnel at Broughton Laboratories to help give a better understanding of the structure of the company and who to contact for specific enquiries. We will start the profiling with our Stability Services Operations Supervisor:

Job summary
My main responsibility is to supervise commercial operations of stability services; this includes maintaining our stability storage facility and all stability equipment as well as providing support for the growth of the business.
What do you enjoy about the role?
I love the variety of opportunity that the role provides; no two days are ever the same! I enjoy working within a team of specialists who are all experts in their fields; it is reassuring to know that we can always get the best outcome from any situation. I also enjoy taking ownership for my work, putting in the time and effort and appreciating the results.
Favourite moment so far?
My favourite moment was completing the validation for the stability facility and moving to routine operations.

Always be prepared for the unexpected.
